Once ITA is issued,, but your score changed... Does that matter?

Hi experts,

I have a question... My CRS is 427 now and will be 422 in June as I get 1 year older after my birth day...

I wonder what would happen in the situation below.
"ITA is issued in May and CRS cut off was 425. Then I would be lucky to have ITA... HOWEVER, once I submit my document to CIC after June,, I would have 422 which is lower than CRS cut off for the draw..."

In that case, will my file be rejected?? T.T
