Once I get PR / citizen how do I get my wife & baby there with shorter process?

As I dont want to take them now with me and will ask them to join later it may be 3-5yrs when I'm well settled, which makes me not to apply them in my application. So how do I get them in future shorter way once I've PR or citizen..

You can sponsor them meanwhile they have to be indicated in your initial as family.Good luck
