Once i get my Canadian Citizenship.... than i want to apply for OCI card as India does not give dual citizenship.
Can i go back to India once i get my OCI card to sell my property (earlier brought property) ? Can i sell my property even though i am not a Indian Citizen? Any issues i will have ?
Or is it better to sell Indian property before getting Canadian Citizenship?

an OCI holder has most of the privileges , some exceptions they can't vote, can't run for elections, no govt jobs, can't acquire farming/plantation land.
You can sell any kind of property you currently own after you become Canadian citizen, no issues,Tax rate/process is same as an NRI,
If you don't have a PAN card currently get one before you become citizen, because there may be more process steps for non citizens .
