I am in a dilemma and need your expert suggestions.
My OCWP expires on July 31, 2015 and I have applied for my PGWP on May 20, 2015. this means I am on the "Implied status".
I have to travel to US from July 13-July 31, 2015 on a business trip. July 31 is the day my OCWP expires.
My question is-
a) Once i come back on July 30 or 31, will i lose my right to work legally on implied status?
b)If i am returning on July 30, then i am coming back before my OCWP expires, so does that still mean that i lose my implied status?
c)will the immigration officers create any problem for my entry on July 30 or July 31 at the border if i have the following documents?-
-PGWP application submission confirmation
-PGWP application receipt number
-PGWP application submission documents.

from this description, you r not on implied status.you hold a valid permit until july 31.There wont be any specific problem to re-enter canada before july 31.once that date is passed and you didnot get a decision on your pgwp application, then you will be on implied status.in that case, if you come back after july 31 you will only get a visit visa at the border, which means you can not work until u get a decision on your current application for work permit.most probably you will receive a new permit before July 31.
