OMAN PCC from Canada - HELP Please

Hi Members,

I am already in Canada and I would need Oman PCC for EE-PR application purpose.
I understand that there is no Omani Consulate in Canada. It is not possible for me to go back to Oman to get a PCC. My question is:

1. How can I get a PCC from here without having to send my passport over to Oman? Can someone please explain the process here?
2. How much time should I consider for this?
