I received my ITA on 25th. But my problem is I lost my old passport and with it all the information I had about my travel history. So, in this regard if I fill the history section based on my memory, do I need to provide any document for those? What should be the way forward now?
Note: I filled up my EE profile with the new passport.
But somewhere in these threads I read that I have to provide the scanned copies of old passports (though not applicable in my case as I dont have any).

It's not required and is usually suggested by people being over cautious. Remember cic only ask for copies of valid (current) passport. You can mention in your loe that you no longer have your old passport though. Just be as accurate as possible with your travel history.
The same happened to me and for that I contacted the countries where I had travelled and they sent me a proper list of the dates and times, flight no. etc within 2-3 weeks.

Just google international movement records for those particular countries you have travelled to and that should show you the procedure to obtain it ( provided they have one ).
I needed Australia and new Zealand's records and their process was simplistic and efficient. Al done online and free of charge.
