Hi I applied OINP under human capital stream on October 3 but got ITA from IRCC and submitted my PR application on Jan1. But today i received a mail from oinp that your express entry portal is not available to provide the nomination certificate. But that 600 points is very crucial to me as i am having 50 points for the current job in canada. As i am ICT employee there is no guarantee till yhe end of PR that i am available in this job. plese tell me how to convince the oinp officer and get the NC

Hi,

While submitting settlement funds proof of funds we have all the required funds in primary applicant's bank account. No spouse funds were used for settlement funds. We submitted the application with primary applicant's last 4 months bank statements. Today we have received an email of 'Notice of incomplete application' stating there is missing letter from spouse for settlement funds saying ' You did not provide a letter from your spouse/common- law- partner confirming that you have access to the funds'.

But we had declared funds only of the primary account holder as it had sufficient funds. No amount from spouse bank account was declared as it was not required.

Is this rejection valid? Do we have to submit a letter from spouse confirming you have access to the funds if we never submitted spouse's funds proofs as primary applicant had sufficient funds?

They have mentioned they will close the account and the amount will be refunded. But on the OINP e-filling portal the application status still shows 'submitted'.

In what way? Her nominated path is not an EE stream.
