OINP form requires you to list all your work/personal history for the last 10 years (or since you were 18).
I have been employed from 2007 till date but with 6 different companies. However, I only intend to claim points (both EE & OINP) for the last 5 years (3 companies) mainly because;
- I have only gotten experience letters from the last 3 companies i worked for
- I am not able to establish contact with the other companies (all contacts are no more working there)
Should I just list the companies I worked for in the 10 years but only include experience letters for the ones I want to claim points for?
If i only list the companies I'm claiming points for, won't that be misrepresentation?

You would need to list out all 6 companies that you have worked for in the last 10 years but you will provide the company reference letter and other related docs for the 3 companies that you are claiming points for. Even for the other 3 companies, include all the related docs that you have without the reference letter.

I have just received Nomination of Interest from Ontario Canada. My employer is not providing me the details of my job on the letter head. Now what to do?? My immediate boss is ready to give it but the problem is letter head.
get experience letter from your HR which ll include your joining date, working till now and current designation.
for roles and responsibilities ask your manager to write it for u. get it signed by him. include his designation and attach his business card.
if this letter can be provided on letter head then nothing like that but plain paper ll also work.
include other job related docs like promotion salary increments etc
