OINP - Webform for Immigration status change(Work permit)

Hi Everyone,

Need your urgent help. Please provide your inputs.

I wanted to clarify a small doubt about my OINP application.
I have submitted my OINP application with student status as I have applied for work permit during that time(Implied status).
But, the day I submitted my application, same day few hours later I received the email confirmation on my Work Permit application that It is approved.
I am yet to receive the hard copy of my work permit.
So, Should I raise a web form Now about the change of my status, Or should I wait for my original work permit (Hard copy) to come and then I need to raise a webform for it ?
Kindly help in clarifying.
