OINP: Update Changes After Application Submission

Hello guys,

I was wondering can we call OINP to update some changes after submitting the application? I am planning to move to Toronto within 2 months to reinforce my ties in Ontario since I have been living in BC around 9 years. My PGWP is going to expire in June, and I only have 415 points, so OINP is my only chance to get an invitation from EE.

I would appreciate hearing your opinions on moving to Ontario before getting nominated.
