OINP T4 slip and NOA

Hi all,

I got NOI from Ontario on January 15th and I'm applying via OINP HCP stream, which requires T4 slip and NOA for Canadian work experience. However T4 won't be available until end-February from my company and I probably can't get NOA before deadline. Are T4 and NOA absolutely mandatory? Since I haven't got them, can I submit my application without them and send them later when they're available?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
