[OINP] Should I check my spouse as accompanying or not (she's on student permit)?

I stated my spouse to be not accompanying in EE profile.

But Do I need to check accompanying in OINP application? Since she's currently living with me and studying in Ontario.

We are not planning to apply together (she will go through OINP master stream later on by herself, and I am right at the NOI cutoff CRS score).

In the OINP family documents section, I have to upload her study permit (as it's mandatory), and I am now wondering if this is misrepresentation or not?
