I am close to submitting my application to OINP and for the Proof of Funds section, I already gathered my bank statements for the past 6 months from multiple banks where I have an account. One of the bank has the statements stamped, while the other is just on the letterhead but not stamped as the bank is in a foreign country. Would that be an issue if it is not stamped?
Also, do I need to provide a bank letter on top of that or would those statements be enough? (Some banks don't provide a bank letter, just the statements on letterhead)

1. The stamped statements are fine as long it shows the final balance meets or exceeds LICO, has your name, account number, bank details, available balance and currency
2. The statements printed on letter head without stamp is fine as long as it shows the requirement mentioned in the above point ((keep a Letter of Explanation for no stamp)
3. Try and get letters from all the banks that are willing to provide you a letter
