I have 370 points in EE and have received the OINP Notification of Interest! I have IELTS score of 8. Is it that they are sending the NoI to every new profile?

do you have also french language on cbl 7 or higher? Or are you skilled trades? In that case you could have receive it even without reaching 400 points.
