OINP NOI - HCP Tech

Hello,

My CRS is 483, and I recently received a Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario for their HCP tech draw Feb 02, 2023. Would appreciate it if anyone could help me with the below questions.

1) Should I go ahead and apply for OINP or should I wait for future FSW draws since my CRS is 483 and the last EE draw was at 489?
2) What are my chances for FSW?
3) If I apply for OINP and wait for my application to be processed, would I still be able to get selected for FSW draws in the meantime?
4) If I don't apply for OINP right now will I be able to get selected in future HCP tech draws if I recreate my EE profile?

You have 45 days to get OINP sorted.
I suggest you get everything ready as no one can predict IRCC draws 483 may not get picked till March,
If you will be picked for future OINP that I cannot say.
But I would suggest that you go with what you have and make it work
