Hey guys I need help

My Ielts is valid till April this year but I was planning to take the test in Feb. But i got the chance to apply the OINP for the Masters Stream and now the requirement is that that the Ielts should not be more than 12 months old.
My concern is that I am not able to get new Ielts score in 14 days of application period so is it possible that I will get the Score after and update it to OINP. What does your experience say

Any help will be appreciated, please.
