OINP Human Capital Tech Draw August 2023

Hello everyone,

I received the NOI from Ontario on 16th August 2023 for Human Capital - Tech occupations and submitted all the documents by 10th September 2023. Anyone in the same boat? Does anyone have any idea about the current processing times? My application is still in the "Submitted" phase.

I received the NOI from OINP on August 15th and submitted my application on August 31st. Normally it takes 30 days to move it to assessment and another 30-45 days to decision in progress & getting nomination in Express entry profile. I have 3 years of Advance Diploma from a Canadian College. Can I be eligible for Human Capital priority stream?
The requirement for the Human Capital Priorities Stream is bachelor's degree. So should I apply under this stream?
My CRS score after 1 year experience is 465. My NOC CODE comes in TEER 2 (21232) Is there a chance that I would be able to get an invite or should I start looking for other provinces?

I got an NOI at a score of 475. It was just near cutoff. Maybe that gives you a hard time for fetching an invite from the province @gc1111
