I have recently received NOI from ontario in HCP tech draw while I was waiting for ITA(CEC) in express entry pool at score 478.
I have few questions related to my NOI.
1. I live and work remotely from Ontario(with T4 of Ontario) however my employer is in Quebec. Does it make any difference in my application? (concerning "employment in Ontario" section)
2. As I already work in Ontario but my employer is from quebec. Do I still need to show settlement funds?
3. In required documents section, there is a section for "Arranged Employment (mandatory, if applicable) " . Is it applicable for me?
4. My wife does not have a last name. How do I fill first name and last name in OINP portal
I know that waiting in express entry pool would get an ITA in upcoming days however my IELTS will expire on 22nd of this month. Also, I am not sure if I will be able to get the same IELTS score as before . Hence considering to go with OINP before my IELTS expiry date. Am I making right decision? anyway I will write IELTS to be active in pool however I need not chase the score.
