December December 19, 2022 Tech Draw: Issuance of notifications of interest by targeted occupations under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream
On December 19, 2022, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued targeted notifications of interest to candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.
The OINP targeted candidates with a comprehensive ranking system score of 484-490 and above and work experience in the following NOC codes:
21211 - Data Scientists
21231 - Software engineers and designers
21230 - Computer systems developers and programmers
21232 - Software developers and programmers
21234 - Web developers and programmers
21233 - Web designers
21223 - Database analysts and data administrators
21311 - Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers
You may apply to the Human Capital Priorities stream if you:
received a notification of interest on December 19, 2022
can demonstrate that your work experience was in one of the eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes listed below.
Your application may be refused if you don’t demonstrate work experience in one of the eligible NOC codes.
If you received a notification of interest, you don’t need to contact the program.

Do we need to submit Job Offer for this draw ? There is a section for job offer but I am not sure if I should upload or not, since this draw is not related to job offers.
Hi, I received NOI in Tech Draw Dec 19th 2022, after submission of EOI in OINP portal my file shows status as Submitted and EOI Score as 0. Need to know why score shows 0?

I got an Interest Notification from OINP in my Express Entry profile yesterday - 2nd FEB 23 - I think its part of their human capital draw that happened. I have 45 days to submit the application in the OINP system
I have the below questions
My CRS is 481 as of today but my birth day falls this month ( 16th Feb) so i will loose 10 points. So Do i need to submit the application in OINP before my birth day ? Or can i take the full 45 days to submit my application in OINP. Do i need to submit the application in OINP system before my birth day ?
I also got 5 additional points in my CRS for my spouse canada work experience. But her 1 year will only complete on 13th March 2023.The express entry system award the full points before you actually complete the one year.
I am in a fix now - I thought i will wait till 14th March and then submit the application in OINP but then i will loose points on age.
