Hey guys,
I am applying under CEC and have a valid PGWP and currently working in ontario.
I am confused as to what to choose for question 2 - 5 since I have a PGWP and not a closed work permit
Any help would be much appreciated ! Thanks
1. Are you currently working in Ontario?
2. Do you have a valid work permit for your current job in Ontario? If i choose this then i get questions 3 - 5
3. Is your job offer from the employer named on your current work permit?
4. Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for your current work permit?
5. Was your current work permit issued under the circumstances described in paragraph 204(a) or (c) or in section 205 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations?

Sorry about the name typo and thanks for your reply.
1. For the job offer, i thought it would be yes based on the text in the info icon.
A job offer is an offer of employment, in an occupation listed in TEER Category 0, 1, 2, or 3 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) , that is made by one employer other than an embassy, high commission or consulate in Canada for continuous, paid, full-time work in Ontario that is at least one year in length and non-seasonal.
Yes, I have received my PR. Job offer is only for closed work permit (LMIA). I am assuming you have pgwp which does not qualify for that. OINP requires you have valid work permit for the position you are claiming points for otherwise they wont process your application

Ok so since i am on pgwp i would say no to job offer (the info text is a bit misguiding though)
This is a very confusing application. Did you seek any legal help to complete it ?

Ok! For the work experience, did you mentioned all the work experience in the last 10 years in your OINP application even if it is not relevant to your NOC or only the one that you mentioned in EE profile that you want to score points for?
I did couple seasonal non-related jobs do i need to mention those or only the ones that i mentioned in EE profile for which i received NOI?

In work history, only the one i had in my EE profile/claiming points for. I did mention others in personal history to fill in gaps and wrote a letter of explanation and clarified it
