I submitted Oinp under skilled trade on March 18 2024 and my workpermit expired in September 2024. Right now i am on Visitor record and waiting for decision from OINP. Can i go back home and wait there. Will it have any effect on Oinp processing. As i know we can leave during express entry but not sure about OINP.

That's ok, I have the exact same situation, my WP expired in Sept and I'm waiting for skilled trade as well. I backed home country already.
Did you applied for TRV ?
Same situation, So if oinp is in process then we can leave country and wait for the approval in back home. and then after approval, we can apply for PR from there and then come back after getting COPR. please let me know if this will work?
