OINP - extending work permit

Hello.. i have applied for PR through federal using OINP and waiting for DM & PPR (medical passed). I want to extend my work permit since my pgwp will expire in 2019 Jan. I am just not sure what type of work permit i should be applying for.

1. Currently I have PGWP and will expire 2019 Jan / i am working with the same employer where i was PNP-nominated (nominee certificate had restriction). And i will be working for that same employer until i get my PR.

2. I have applied for PR through federal government using PNP nominee and I have AOR / passed medical examination. (AOR 2017 aug)

3. Currently waiting for DM anr PPR

4. Can I apply for BOWP using AOR?

5. website indicates PR applicant with nominee with restriction cannot get BOWP.. then what type or work permit should I apply ??

6. I don’t have LMIA.

6. I applied for PR smoothly with instruction and my nominee certificate has been expired a year ago. how come the expired nominee certificate still affects my eligibility to extend my workpermit even after I applied for PR and currnetly has AOR.

I don’t care what type of work permit I am getting (closed OR open work, both are fine). I just want to extend my work permit using AOR... but nominee restriction scares me.
