Friends, I need some urgent help.
I am on PGW which is gonna expired in next 3 months. I have 2 years+ Canadian job experiences in B category and applied for express entry. But total points are not up to the mark. Recently I got a full time job offer in B category almost same like before. Company told me they will hire me but wont give me LMIA. I am residing in Ontario.
Can I apply for Ontario immigration (OINP: Employer Job Offer, Foreign worker) without LMIA? In which category?
How can I extend my open work permit?
