OINP Employer form

Experts please advise especially if anyone from Cognizant please let me know the process.

I saw OINP requires the Employer letter in specific format (below) which has lot of details to fill.

Did anyone filled out this form recently and how would I get it done (if not direct employer) as I raised the request for HR but still did not received the response.

You need your employer's assistance under this Stream. And they need to get their business pre-screened if the business was not screened before.

Basically, you should ask your HR department and your manager to help you.

This could be a long and slow process as you could tell from my signature below. Good luck!

What OINP stream? If job offer, employer must fill out the form.
