It's your call. What is your CRS now and your expected CRS for CEC?

Why are you applying for OINP if your CRS is 478??? You should have already gotten a direct ITA from CIC by now. I'm quite puzzled

I created my EE account on 10th of July , hopefully will get ITA in the next round .

When IELTS toils with one's emotion even after all the hardwork, one wouldn't want to lose any slightest opportunity. I was scared of OINP's qouta getting exhausted. Half a loaf is better than none. Fingers crossed, I wanna give IELTS one last try.

Why are you changing your mind now after applying to OINP?

Im not judging you mate but you made a decision now stick to that. It would be better for you. I dont know how those changes can be done. Maybe consult a lawyer or someone for this.
