Hi guys, I have a question. I am at CRS 411 and planning to send OINP application package. 24th March is tye deadline for 45 days from the date if receiving the PT invite.
Lets say I write IELTS again on March 19th and score CLB9. This will increase my score to 459 which would get me an ITA soon. In that case can I ask for a refund to Ontario after my IELTS results are announced on 3rd April. Is there a deadline until which Ontario considers withdrawl and refund application. Has anyone done this before? Please help guys.

As far as I have understood and read from the forum, you can withdraw your OINP application before receiving an AOR. Based on the current trend, you can expect to receive an AOR in 90-100 days after the package has been received by OINP.

Sounds good. Do they refund entire amount or deduct something? And also what reason can we give them for asking withdrawl and refund?

If you receive a direct ITA, then that is a solid reason to withdraw your application. What I have read is that they refund the entire amount (CAD 1500).
