Yes , bring it to service Ontario , the big one that does all services along with passport for identification . Print and bring that document with you .
You need AIP letter to apply for OHIP. That's an email to show that your application has reached the stage as "approve in principle".
eligibility letter could mean a lot of things...
eligible to sponsor? eligible to apply? ...etc.

Make sure you go to the big big one, not every ServiceOntario can do this (the AIP letter applying for OHIP). I went to the following one and they can do it there. Toronto: Sheppard and Doris

Thanks a lot, such a big help... Because I went to a service ontario today but they ddn't want to process it , now it makes sense. I gotta go there instead.
