Can anybody tell me what are official or notarized copies of transcripts? and whats the difference between in official and notarized copies?
Actually I asked a question from admission department of Brock University that I sent all my original academic documents to CHC and it would take time. Can I apply for CAS program with photocopies or scanned copies of my documents? (In the admission requirements they mentioned original documents)
The replied given below message:
"Please make all efforts sent official or notarized copies of your documents when you apply. If you can only send copies of your transcript, if you are admitted it will be conditional upon you submittiing official transcripts. This can somtimes cause issues with some visa's. Depending on where you are from they will sometimes request unconditional admission offers."
Official it is stamped and sealed by the institute. If you open the sealed envelope, it is longer official. So it is better to send notarized copy if you are not able to gather more than one copies of your documents (i dont know how it works in your country).
Go to the registrar office of the college / university you attended ask them to attest the copies of your documents and seal them for you ...Send it your self or ask them to do it for you ....

I did MBA from Virtual University. The problem is that I am in Karachi and my university head office is in Lahore. I am thinking to get the sealed transcripts through courier.
Another problem is to get the BCOM transcript from University of Karachi. They took 5 months to send the bachelors degree. I don't think they can easily provide me sealed transcript.
So, what do you guys think about notarized copies? I am thinking this way would be easy for me.
Go to the registrar office Karachi university ask them to do the attestation and then seal the envelope.... You can do it in a week............Every university in Pakistan now knows this procedure.....I think you will have no problem.......
Dear Do not get confuse. Just only go to Mashrik center i.e is next to Civic center along all the copies of ur academic doc and attest it. This notarized attestation can be use internationally. As well at the Jublee Gate, there is urgent form of B.Com degree available, submit it, u will have degree in 1 month.
