Hello all,

I got R/W/L/S as 9/7.5/8.5/6.5. Please advice if I retake IELTs and score 7 in speaking too, will this improve my score? It says on EE page: "CLB 9 or more in all abilities" will get so and so points. If CLB 9 means 7 in all & 8 in listening, what does CLB 9 in all abilities mean??
