In my EE>CEC application; my friend and I are conflicted. We BOTH have job offers and have been working over a year. He says he has marked NO for the following question:
Section: Intended work in Canada
Question: Does person X have a valid job offer in Canada?
Answer: Yes or No
I say we should mark it as YES because we both do have a job offer.
He says the answer is NO as no positive LMIA was done and therefore it is not a valid job offer.
What would be the correct answer to this question!!

If your current work permit is LMIA-exempt and while you re submitting your application your work permit is valid your job offer is a valid job offer. Check CIC website it is written very clearly..

The term valid job offer is confusing, but basically if you answer Yes to all the questions in here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=695&top=29
Then it is a yes.
Otherwise, put no and then add it to the personal history section.
