What is the duration of off-campus work permit??? and can we apply after the completion of 1st semester i.e. after 4 months???

The duration depends on the declared period of study. The first time an international student is eligible to apply for an off-campus work permit is after having spent 6 months studying at their institution under a valid study permit. Check if you're eligible to apply in this CIC guide.
