got my open work permit visa and study permit for my 6yo son..do i need get oec and pdos before going to Canada?

My hubby is already in canada last September 8, 2019..he is on work permit. We applied for my son and my visa last week October 2, and was approved October 3 then dispatched to cvac again last Friday October 4..

Hello! Did you need to get oec for open work visa? What documents did you present to immigration to be able to leave the Philippines? Thanks!
