When you first xall they send you a form to fill out with all your info. Someone in the office now has your file and their job is to contact IRCC on your behalf. I believe most office only contact ircc once per month on your behalf. You can call then your MP I mean to see his their office handles immigration queries

Haven't been active here in awhile, but I too was told my file was in the NY office and recently changed my address and got an email from Manila saying they are processing my application and I'm queued for review. I'm glad to see others have gotten it too and hope that it moves forward soon. I've been stuck with not hearing anything for 2 months now

Online tool changed to Decision Made last Friday. But no updates since then or any email. It doesnt say anything once I go into the file either. Any ideas what to expect next and when?

My VO is Singapore, got PPR the next day after Decision Made.

This is really frustrating. Same thing for me and the worst thing is January and February 2021 applicants are getting passport requests

Yes, but generalized reply “still in process and due to COVID-19 it’s taking longer”

Just got a similar e-mail (in response to a web form inquiry). I'm applying from the U.S. I was originally told that my file was in their NY office, and now it is in their Manila office.

Also finally informed that I passed my medicals on Aug 18, 2021 even though I took the exam way back on April 21, 2021 (and provider uploaded the info on May 4, 2021).

Omg why did it take so long.. :O My husb completed his exam on Aug 11 and now i'm kinda worried it will take long lol
