Not everyone. Not always random. Processing CPC is not mentioned on ECAS. You can find out by either calling them, or filing a request to retrieve GCMS notes on your file, or when you get the test invite. Yes it can be assumed it's in the city you live in, unless there isn't one near you.

What do we need to do in interview? I thought its only test we need to appear. Do they take interview of everyone?

It's a short, typically 5-min interview to verify your personal information/documents. They also advise your test results and upcoming steps in your citizenship journey.

Today i called cic for my oath location and the agent said that they sent a document i must fill and send its about a sement or oath personal after what they will assign a date for me.
Any one know about that document ??????

My test invitation letter says that I am required to translate any stamps in my passport that are not in English/French. For any stamp which has the date/numbers in Arabic I will get them translated, but what about the ones where the date/numbers are in English? Does anyone know if I need to get those ones translated as well?

PS: the test/interview letter is from Calgary office.

Didn't you mention the letter says:"translate any passport stamps that are not in English/French"? So should be clear what you need to do..

True, but I've heard about cases where the interviewing officer have not asked for a translation because he/she could read the dates.
I have a lot of stamps in my passports (around 50) in different languages. It will cost me a fortune to get all of them translated. So just wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience recently.

Oddly, I didnt translate my Mexico stamp and they didnt say anything. I honestly didnt read the line about stamp translation. I was lucky, I guess.
