Hello,
Need advice! I am out of country for the test date Have to reschedule. What is the best way to do it?
a) to reply to the test invite email with reschedule request (goes to local Edmonton IRCC office, I suppose)
b) to submit Web Form with the same request (I assume it goes to Sydney first and then forwarded to local office?)
c) phone IRCC directly and reschedule with the agent
I am kind of tempted to do all three! Seems like an overkill but I'd better be safe than sorry.

I have received an email with the Test Invite on January 31st scheduled for February 13, 2018 (ecas is updated as well and shows the same info).

Phone agents will not be able to reschedule you as I already tried doing that and they told me that I need to contact the processing office directly. You will have to either send them a letter by post or use the webform
