He's probably a receptionist, i.e. not accountable for the actual processing...just receives the post, signs and passes them to the actual officers

Hard to tell where things could've gone wrong, but anyway hope you get your AORs soon!

Mine was signed by Ryan Laurendau and got my AORs in about a month after they received the application
