Oct intake already applied

Hi i have done B.Sc in fashion design in 2015 with 79% and 1.5 years experience , i applied for study permit in 2017 but gor refused under reasons- pte and marriage ,, now applied again for oct 2018 in MBA. With ielts 6.5/6 applied on 27 july 2018, medical is valid till 24 sept 2018, gic already paid 10,200 , letter of acceptance has one condition of transcripts to be submitted 10 days prior to my classes but it has been already sent by my univeristy (from where i did my graduation ) to canada university,. That transcript document has been attached wth my file and it is in transit.. i have paid MBA foundation fees $7351 as consultant said me to pay this amount.
