OCI Help for Minor

Hi everyone,

Can someone please help with OCI , I am married for 15 years, now applying for OCI card for minor child.
However we never got our marriage registered. I do have a marriage certificate from the church.
Can some one suggest what options do I have. check list requires marriage certificate.

Is your spouse name included in the passport?. Are you both Indian citizens?

I am Neutralized Canadian Citizens, do not have my spouse name on the passport.

sorry if i was not clear. i was asking about Indian passport (assuming you were Indian citizens before getting naturalised)
