OCI Card Query

Hi All,

I have some query regarding OCI form which i am going to submit for my son. I have few queries regarding OCI please assist me.

Point :- I am on work permit and spouse on Visitor Visa.

Query As per BLS Toronto Document :-

1:- Please scan the documents in a single PDF for each category :-

Question :- Do we add our (me and my spouse) Passport scan in One PDF or separate Passport PDF?

2:- Please scan and upload the self-attested copies :-

Question :- Do we need to attested our child's document( like his canadian passport & birth certificate).
3- Question:- Do we need to submit my old passport and new passport scan pdf copy or only current new passport copy?
