I'm a permanent resident, living and working in Canada. Do I have any obligation to inform CIC about:
1. New passport
2. Change of address

Iam a permanent resident, did soft landing, waiting for PR card and now about to get married in my home country. Am I obligated to inform CIC of this development ?

No, you do not need to inform IRCC of your marriage.
