Question for those who have attended their Oath Taking Ceremony, do they take away your Foreign passport/ Country of origin passport during the oath ceremony. I know that they will take your PR card I'm not sure about the passport. Also how strict is the attire, I mean I'm will no wear jeans and snickers but I'm just go for a long sleeve polo shirt with dress pants and dress shoes without tie and sports coat.
Thanks,
I will be very surprised if they take your foreign passeport away. Indeed, Canada does not forbid being binational...
You passport stays with you and will not be taken away. I regards to the attire, also not to have any concerns.
