My online tracker shows that my oath ceremony will take place on Feb 22,2022, but haven’t received an email invite yet. From reading on the forum it appears IRCC sends out the invite just a week prior to the ceremony. Is there anyone else whose ceremony is scheduled for Feb 22nd? And if yes, have you got an invite yet?

Yes, IRCC sends email a week before but sometimes early too.
to counter verify if they had sent you an email, you can log in to your ECAS account to see the communication.

No, I didn't. I thought they may be doing some pilot and picked random applications to bring their KPIs under threshold etc. I got my AOR in the same time as everyone about 3 months after submitting my application.

True that. I remember when they started the online applications back in Dec 2020 it was a pilot that IRCC did and most of people selected to apply online got theirs in 4-5 months. I believe that pushed a lot of people to apply online i.e. people from Jan, Feb onwards and then it became a trend as online ones are easier and less hassle. But then I saw that most of the people who applied online were actually using a loophole in the online system. The initial idea of the online app was "Invite Only" but a lot of people from early to mid 2021 started refreshing the website until they see the option to apply online, basically exploiting this loophole. That whole thing exploited the system and I believe that overwhelmed the IRCC and the online applications/system.
Then later in the year 2021 I saw that a lot of online apps were lagging behind in the AOR by atleast 2-3 months. Based on all these intelligence and some other research I decided to apply using paper and also provided additional documents that I think they would ask i.e. color copies of all of passports, PCC from all the countries I lived in etc. basically, making the officers' lives easier as much in respect to my application files. Atleast that was my thought process. I don't know if that helped or something else.
