You can go to 2019, 2020 and 2021 excel trackers and check month-by-month when people declared the forthcoming dates. No pattern has been observe - very randomly.

I know citizenship test can be done outisde of Canada. How about the online Oath Ceremony? Can that be done outside of Canada too?

You'll have to be physically present in Canada for oath and interview (if you are asked to attend one) as per the current guidelines.

No, you must be in Canada.

IRCC mails your citizenship certificate to address in Canada......how will u get it while outside Canada?
