I am wondering if the certificate from OACETT (https://www.oacett.org/) is valid as 'Provincial or territorial certificate of qualification' for my express entry application? Would this help me to score more CRS points?

Sorry for late update. I asked the lawyer and he thinks OACETT is not valid. The certificate must be from Ontario College of Trades.
