I found out that as being a permanent resident in Canada in my application they ask me for this

Very roughly:-

Numero = Number
fiche relative = Record
droit d'etablissement canada = right of establishment Canada

Sounds exactly like the PR Card Number to me.

record of landing / confirmation of the permanent residence number


so it should be the PR card

It's actually a different number that's on the COPR itself, starting with T.
