Number of years of Education & Break-up of Education (IMM 5669:Schedule A Background/Declaration and IMM 0008(Generic Application Form)

Hi Seniors,

Me and my wife are from India. I am a PR in Canada and and preparing to sponsor her PRship.There are 2 related question where I need guidance.

1)
Being from India the break-up and nomenclature of years of education seems different from Canada.

I am not sure how to answer the question regarding IMM 0008 (Number of years of Education). Should I fill 19 yrs or 17 yrs in "Number of years of Education in total" ?

The break-up of my wife's education in India is as follows:
Lower and Upper Kindergarten -2 yrs…….should I count these 2 yrs in formal education
1st Standard to 12th Standard) -12 yrs
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) -3 yrs
Post-Graduation Diploma-2 yrs

So, should I mention TOTAL - 19 yrs or 17 yr (not counting 2 years of kindergarten)
