Number of Credits Vs PGWP eligibility

Hello all,
I got acceptance letter from Carleton University for Professional MBA Program. In the admit letter it is mentioned as a 2 year Full-Time program(4 semesters) but with only 7.5 credits overall. Is the program even eligible for PGWP? Because I have read number of credits must be more than 9 to be eligible for full time status. But in my admit letter it is clearly stated as a full time program but the total credit is only 7.5. Can anyone throw some light on this as I need to finalise my decision and apply for Visa.

Where did you read that about the credits? Please provide a link. If a uni says it's full time, you should get PGWP

I read it in some of the forums. There is no official link or site which says so. Thanks for your prompt reply.
