NSNP - Skilled Worker - My employer has office in Nova Scotia, but I'm employee of another province, can I still apply in NOC B saying I've job offer ? as my employer has multi province offices ?

No. The job offer has to be in NS. Can you get your employer to move your job to NS or give you a different job in NS so that you can move there? Then this would work.
