Thanks for update. I have submitted my application online in delhi on 19th November and Biometric submitted on 21st of November.
Still waiting for final decision.

Biometrics request is auto generated request and that comes next day when you submit you application. When biometric will be submitted and that will be updated in to you account after that in next few days you will get Visitor acknowledgement letter email. "Visitor acknowledgement letter email" is the time when IRCC start processing your request.
