I've ordered GCMS notes since July 17th and got nothing so far. Any idea when should I expect it?
I'm very frustrated as I have no clue why my application is stuck (didn't pass BG check yet and no test!) and now no GCMS notes also

Did you check your spam? When you ordered the notes, did you get an acknowledgement(automatic email)?
Email IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca saying you haven't received your notes.
Besides doing above keep calling them and also send a webform or email your processing office saying you haven't received the test! In your situation some people also request notes from the Canada Border Services Agency. You can search and try that too!
Not available yet, I just checked it again. I'm in a little rush as I need to request passport asap - going back home on Sep. 6th.
Agent said she was going to put notes on my file...we'll see.
I may be wrong, but I saw some other people in this thread that got their e-cert on the same day

Yeah me too! Its a simple case of our file just collecting dust in Sydney with a Jan 2024 deadline! Hopefully we dont have to wait till January and one day, boom its done! Heres hoping!

Bet they can't even recognize our files from all the dust. If they didn't put all their energy and focus on people who applied 3 or 4 months ago, we would have been done by now. Then they make excuses for their backlogs.

I don't have that line and not even PM01 or 2, is that under location for you? I have read that it appears under location but in mine it just says CPC Sydney under the office heading, close to where it says location.
Yes, PM03 is a higher level review with less officers.

I also have a TRIAGE 1 and 2, whatever that is!!
No, it says you do not need to fill that section if you are providing citizenship certificate issued after January 1, 2007. May be if there is a thread of passport application separately just check. I was good today without that section.
